Healthmatic Adventure Weekend

This year’s company adventure weekend took us to Beautiful South Wales and the mining town of Methyr Tydfil.  For the intrepid, Debbie designed a course around, up and through Pen-y-Fan that ensured a sound sleep on Saturday night.  For the more sound of mind, a trip to the mining museum and a couple of beers during the opening Euro’s Wales game was more the plan.

42 of the team gathered, and I’m glad to report that although 3 were missing in action at one point, 42 made the return trip and checked out of the fine Premier Inn in the heads of the Valley.  Everyone has made it in to the office today!
